High-Reliability Switching: Each of the four channels is equipped with a pluggable Omron G2RL-1 relay, which provides 1 C/O (Change Over/SPDT) contact configuration. This allows for flexible switching of loads, supporting both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) circuit requirements.
Integrated Protection & Feedback: The board includes an onboard freewheeling diode for each channel to suppress inductive spikes (back-EMF) generated when the relay coil is de-energized, protecting your PLC output cards. A green LED for each channel provides instant visual confirmation of the relay's energized state.
Modular Design: The "pluggable" design is a major advantage for maintenance; if a relay reaches its end-of-life, it can be pulled from its socket and replaced in seconds without removing the base unit or disturbing the field wiring.
