YZ65743 is designed to bridge the gap between reliable signal transmission and physical protection. Conductor Construction: 1 pair of 24 AWG (or 0.5mm² equivalent) stranded tinned copper conductors, providing the necessary flexibility for installation and low resistance for signal transmission.
Dielectric/Insulation: High-grade Polyethylene (PE) or equivalent low-capacitance insulation, which is critical for maintaining the standard 120-Ohm characteristic impedance required for stable RS-485 and Modbus communication.
Shielding & Armor Architecture:
Beldfoil® Shield: 100% coverage aluminum/polyester foil to block high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI).
